We have an exciting opportunity for an experience P2P Executive to join our team for a 6 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall P2P processing complies with SOX, company policies and audit requirement.
  • Ensure invoices & payment processing including employee expense reimbursement are accurately and timely processed in the relevant accounting period
  • Ensure all new vendors are promptly and accurately created
  • Handles P2P enquiries, as well as liaise with Local Country Finance, Operational and relevant teams to resolve P2P processing and payment issues
  • Proactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the P2P function\\

Education & Professional Experience

  • Diploma / Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in P2P process
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP & Concur preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Effective communication skills in English and Chinese are essential & command of Bahasa will be preferred
