マルチナショナル企業（ライフサイエンス）をサポートする、RPOタレントアクイジションチームの一員として、Talent Acquisition Specialistを募集しています。Hiring Managerと連携し、ビジネスパートナー及び信頼できるアドバイザーとして専門知識を提供します。

【役割】

  • マルチチャネル戦略の策定と実行を通じ、クライアントのProfileに合った候補者をソーシング。現在及び将来のエンゲージメントに向けた人材プールの構築
  • タイムリーかつプロフェッショナルなクライアントマネジメント
  • クライアントとのミーティングの実施、採用プロセスの最適化
  • 合意された採用プロセスに沿った採用の実施
  • 候補者とのリレーションシップ構築
  • ポジションの機会とクライアントの価値提案を効果的に伝える

【スキルと経験】

当社では、豊富なEnd to Endの採用経験と、ダイレクトソーシングのスキルを持つ意欲的な人材を求めています:

  • PharmaceuticalもしくはMedical Devices等、LifeScince関連ポジションの採用経験をお持ちの方、もしくはご興味をお持ちの方
  • 採用プロセス全体を通じた、クライアント（ステークホルダー）マネジメントの経験
  • ATSの運用経験
  • Microsoft Officeスキル
  • マーケットマッピング、採用戦略、ブーリアンサーチなどのダイレクトソーシング実施の経験
  • JDの作成からオファーレターの作成、交渉、クロージングに至るまで、採用プロセス全体の管理経験
  • クライアントや組織環境での明確、簡潔、説得力を持ったコミュニケーションスキル、曖昧さにも対処できるスキル
  • 高い顧客志向と結果志向
  • 多様な文化を越えて効果的に交流・交渉するスキル
  • フレキシビリティー、インターパーソナルスキル、チームワーキング、タイムマネジメント
  • ビジネス上級レベルの日本語、及びビジネス中級レベルの英語（読み書き、コミュニケーション）
